Yr12 Mathematics (201)

Description

This is an academic and practical course, essential for students who plan full Level 3 Achievement Standard courses next year. Students will sit 1 internal Achievement Standards and 6 external Achievement Standards. It is based on Level 7 of Mathematics in the New Zealand Curriculum.

The criterion for entry  to Mathematics 301 (Calculus) is 15 level 2 credits (which includes Achievement Standards 90284, 90285, 90286 and 90292). The criterion for entry to Mathematics 302 (Statistics) is 13 level 2 credits (which includes Achievement Standard 90289).
